Serial electric heating cable
HCL series constant wattage heating cable has 3 parallel copper wires with the same cross section as power bus and heating cores, and one end is reliably short-circuited, and the other end is connected to the power source to form a star load. Thus, a continuous, heat-generating electric heating cable is formed. According to the practical requirements, the three phases of the electric heating cable can be separated or integrated into one.

HCL type series electric heating cable is an electric heat tracing product with a wire core as a heating element. Since the resistance of the wire core per unit length and the passing current are constant, the whole heating cable has uniform heating and constant output power at two ends. Its most important feature is the long allowable length, which is mainly suitable for heat insulation of long-distance and ultra-long-distance single pipelines. The maximum length of a power point is several hundred meters to several kilometers.
1. Oil and Gas Extraction
During the transportation of gas and crude oil, electric heat tracing supplies heat to the inside of the oil pipe through the outer wall of the oil pipe. Maintain a constant temperature along the line to achieve the purpose of reducing viscosity, dewaxing and increasing flow rate.
