Precaution for Use

Before installation, please carefully check the thermostat (such as damage, deformation, looseness, etc.), otherwise do not install it and replace it in time. Open the temperature controller and find the temperature adjustment knob. Adjust to room temperature to see if you can hear the sound of the relay operating, and use a multimeter to measure the on-off status of the corresponding terminal. Normally, adjust the temperature to the desired temperature and tighten the lid.

The connecting screws must be tightened during internal wiring. It is strictly prohibited to have the wire cores in the junction box entangled with each other in an orderly manner to ensure sufficient electrical clearance.

During installation, the size of the sealing rubber ring must match the size of the heating cable and cannot be replaced at will to ensure explosion-proof performance. All fixing screws must be tightened to ensure explosion-proof performance.

Fix the temperature controller in the proper position with a clamp, and place the temperature probe close to the part to be measured. The temperature control probe should be horizontal or vertical and keep a certain distance of 3-5cm from the electric heating belt to avoid inaccurate or unstable temperature measurement of the measured equipment.
