    Overview:

    ◆ Corrosion-resistant heating sampling composite pipe(tubing bundles) is an important component in the environmental monitoring system. It is composed of a set of corrosion-resistant and high-temperature sampling pipes supplemented by heating cable or compensation cable to form an inner core, an external insulation layer, and finally an external sheath. The heating tape can ensure that the medium in the sampling tube maintains a certain temperature, thereby ensuring that the collected samples are consistent with the initial value as much as possible, and ultimately ensuring that the environmental protection monitoring system collects gas samples continuously and correctly.

    ◆ Corrosion-resistant heat-tracing sampling composite pipe is suitable for crude oil, refined oil, natural gas, gas stations, oil fields of petrochemical enterprises, oil production plants, refineries, chemical plants, power plants, oil depots, gas stations, oil (gas), etc. to meet the requirements of flammability, corrosion, online environmental protection flue gas detection and sampling detection in harsh environments of high temperature and high pressure.

    ◆ Corrosion-resistant heating sampling composite pipes are classified according to the actual conditions such as the composition and temperature of the sample gas collected.

Technical parameters of self-controlling temperature heating belt composite pipe:

①Electrical indicators

a. Self-controlling temperature The nominal power of the heating belt is 10W/m~50W/m (output power at 10℃);

b. Rated voltage: 24V、36V、220VAC;

c. Using length ≤100m;

d. Equipped with circuit breaker current value 6A~32A, Distribution switches are equipped with leakage protectors.

②Thermal Index

a. At an ambient temperature of -20℃ and a wind speed of 15m/s, the temperature inside the pipe is maintained at 20~80℃;

b. The sampling tube can withstand corrosion from various acid and alkali media and has a pressure resistance of 1.0Mpa without leakage;

c. The sampling tube can work for a long time at temperatures <80°C.

③ Installation metrics

a. Minimum radius of curvature of composite pipe 0.5m;

b. Maximum continuous use length 100m;

c. Minimum install temperature -20℃;

d. Minimum fixed distance: 5m in vertical direction, 2m in horizontal direction;

e. It is strictly prohibited to twist or drag on the ground during construction. The pipe head sheath is only allowed to be disassembled when installing the joint.

f. The sampling composite pipe should be avoided from being laid together with the power cables.

Parallel constant power heating belt composite tube technical parameters:

① Electronic Index

a. Nominal power of parallel constant power heating tape 30W/m、40W/m、 50W/m;

b. Rated voltage: 220VAC;

c. Use length ≤150m;

d. Equipped with circuit breaker current value 6A~32A, distribution switch with leakage protector;

e. Must be equipped with temperature control instrument.

② Thermal index

a. Under the condition of -20℃ ambient temperature and 15m/s wind speed, the temperature inside the pipe is maintained at 40~180℃;

b. The sampling tube can withstand corrosion from various acid and alkali media and has a pressure resistance of 1.0 Mpa without leakage.

c. The sampling tube can work for a long time at temperatures <100°C.

d. Equipped with circuit breaker current value 6A ~ 32A, distribution switch with leakage protector;

e. Must be equipped with temperature control instrument.

② Thermal index

a. Under the condition of -20℃ ambient temperature and 15m/s wind speed, the temperature inside the pipe is maintained at 200℃~400℃;

b. The sampling tube is resistant to various acids. Alkaline medium corrosion, pressure resistance 1.0Mpa, no leakage;

c. The sampling tube can work at temperatures <400℃ for a long time;

③ Install Index

a. The minimum radius of curvature of composite pipe is 0.6m;

b. Maximum use length 50m;

c. Minimum install temperature -20℃;

d. Minimum fixed distance: 5m in vertical direction, 2m in horizontal direction;

e. It is strictly prohibited to twist or drag on the ground during construction. The pipe head sheath is only allowed to be disassembled when installing the joint.
