Medium temperature series: Corresponding to foreign models Raychem Corresponding to foreign models Raychem BTV and Thermon RBX.
The medium temperature self-regulating electric heating series developed by our company is widely used in the heating, anti-coagulation and anti-freezing of pipelines and storage tanks of civil solar energy, geothermal heating, fire protection, petroleum, chemical, steel, electric power and environmental protection industries. The electric heating cable is suitable for general areas, hazardous areas and corroded areas.

Structure type: basic type (J), shielded explosion-proof type (P), protective type (F), explosion-proof protection type (PF), explosion-proof and anti-corrosion type (PF2, PF46)

(1) Copper core bus: 7×0.50, 19×0.32, 19×0.41.
(2) Heating core belt: ordinary PTC, fame retardant PTC, fluorine-containing PTC.
(3) Insulation layer: modified polyolefin, fame retardant polyolefin, fluorinated polyolefin, perfluorinated material.
(4) Shielding layer: tinned copper wire braid or other metal wire braid, covering density ≥75%.
(5) Sheath layer: modified polyolefin, flame retardant polyolefin, fluorinated polyolefin, perfluorinated material.
(1) Standard color: brown.
(2) Temperature range: the maximum maintenance temperature is 90±5°C, and the maximum temperature is 125°C (the temperature that the core belt withstands).
(3) Construction temperature: polyolefin minimum -40 °C, fluorine material minimum -30 °C.
(4) Starting current: ≤0.6A/m.
(5) Thermal stability: After the thermal performance test of the electric heating cable, its power should be maintained at 90% of the original value.
(6) Bending radius: 30.4mm at -20°C and 40.6mm at -30°C.
(7) Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance between the electric heating conductor and the metal shield should not be less than 500 MΩ.

The electric heating cable is suitable for general areas, hazardous areas and corroded areas. Using with the explosion-proof power supply junction box, it is suitable for division 1, 2 and explosive mixture gas "T4-T6" group of the factory that are not directly impacted by external forces.
