Work Principle:

The cable uses single-phase power supply; the copper core is used as the conductor and the steel pipe sheath is used as the heating element. At the lower end of the cable, the copper core and the steel pipe sheath form a loop through the loop joint. After energization, the two current carrying conductors basically form a condition where the current is equal in magnitude and opposite in direction, causing a skin effect on the inner wall of the steel armored cable sheath, iron loss and proximity effect to generate heat, realize electric-heat conversion, and achieve the purpose of heating.
