The intermediate frequency power supply is the core part of intelligent intermediate frequency electrothermal oil recovery technology and complete equipment. The intermediate frequency power supply is a device that uses a power electronic device -IGBT to convert the industrial frequency power supply into an intermediate frequency power supply. Compared with the industrial frequency power supply, the eddy current induction is strengthened, resulting in stronger skin effect, better proximity effect, and less magnetic flux leakage, so the heating effect is much higher than that of the industrial frequency power supply.
The intermediate frequency power supply is a power supply device that converts three-phase into single-phase and industrial frequency into intermediate frequency. It can provide a power source for oil and gas production such as hollow sucker rod electrothermal oil production and skin effect electric heat tracing.
This equipment converts 380V 50HZ AC power into DC power after three-phase bridge rectification and filter, then invert it into 500~1000HZ single-phase AC power, which is transmitted to the load through an intermediate frequency transformer. The system composition principle is shown in the figure:

(1) Main performance
1. Temperature closed loop: automatically changes the heating power according to the oil wellhead temperature to achieve energy-saving operation.
2. Short circuit protection function: heating cable short circuit, rapid shutdown protection, the red LED on the main control board lights up and the yellow "alarm" light on the panel also lights up to indicate a fault.
3. IGBT over-temperature protection: when the temperature of the heat sink exceeds the rated range, the heating power is reduced to the minimum. Within the delay time, the temperature returns to the rated range and the automatic soft start returns to the power before protection.
Otherwise, the main control board will stop quickly. The blue LED on the panel lights up and the yellow "alarm" light on the panel also lights up to indicate a fault.
4. Overcurrent protection function: If the actual input current, that is, the current value displayed on the input ammeter exceeds the set maximum input current allowable value, the machine will stop quickly. The yellow LED on the main control board will light up and at the same time, the yellow "alarm" light on the panel will also light up as a reminder. failure.
5. Circuit break protection function: The heating cable is disconnected and quickly shuts down for protection. The green LED on the main control board lights up and the yellow "alarm" light on the panel also lights up to indicate a fault.
