The explosion-proof power junction box is used to connect the power cord to one or two electric heating tapes. The explosion-proof power supply junction box is fixed on the pipeline and is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of increased safety explosion-proof electrical appliances. It is suitable for explosive gas environments in the first and second zones of the factory.
The explosion-proof power junction box has a cable inlet and two electric heating cable outlets. Single and two-way electric heating cables are universal. There are three terminals in the junction box, which can meet the use of two-core and three-core electric heating cable.

Before installation, please carefully check the junction box (such as damage, deformation, looseness, etc.), otherwise installation is not allowed and should be replaced in time.
The connecting screws must be tightened during internal wiring. It is strictly forbidden for the wire cores in the junction box to be entangled with each other in an orderly manner to ensure sufficient electrical clearance. During installation, the size of the sealing rubber ring must match the size of the power cable and electric heating tape, and cannot be exchanged at will to ensure explosion-proof performance. Do not use the steel sheet attached to the outlet hole of the electric heating tape to block it, and all fixing screws should be tightened to ensure explosion-proof performance.
If the electric heating tape is not used, the outlet hole should be blocked with the attached steel sheet, and all fixing screws should be tightened to ensure explosion-proof performance.
