Technical Specification:

① Electrical indicators

a. The nominal power of mineral insulated heating cable is 10W/m~150W/m;

b. Rated voltage: 220VAC;

c. The use length is 5~50m (the maximum heating length is different for different powers);

d. Equipped with a circuit breaker with a current value of 6A to 32A, and a power distribution switch with a leakage protector;

e. Must be equipped with a temperature control instrument.

② Thermal index

a. At an ambient temperature of -20°C and a wind speed of 15m/s, the temperature inside the tube is maintained at 200°C ~ 400°C;

b. The sampling tube can withstand corrosion from various acid and alkali media, with a compressive strength of 1.0Mpa and no leakage;

c. The sampling tube can work for a long time at temperatures <400°C;

③ Installation indicators

a. The minimum radius of curvature of the composite pipe is 0.6m;

b. Maximum continuous length 50m;

c. Minimum installation temperature -20℃;

d. Minimum fixed distance: 5m in vertical direction, 2m in horizontal direction;

e. It is strictly prohibited to twist or drag on the ground during construction. The pipe head sheath is only allowed to be disassembled when installing the joint;

f. The sampling composite pipe should be laid away from the power cables.

Note: Twisting and dragging on the ground are strictly prohibited during construction.
