LLHCL ultra-long distance heating cable is a high-performance series of resistance heaters, used for ultra-long distance pipelines that require temperature maintenance or anti-freeze protection. When the circuit length is too long, constant wattage parallel heating cables, self-regulating heating cable and series heating cables fail to work, ultra-long distance heating cables are used to minimize the number of power supply points. A single power supply point can achieve heat tracing over long distances.
LLHCL ultra-long distance heating cables provide constant power per unit circuit length without voltage drop as circuit length increases.
The continuous metal shell adds mechanical strength, protects against external damage during installation, and provides better fire protection than most cables.Applicable places for the product: heat tracing and heating of submarine, buried, and overhead long-distance pipelines, antifreeze and heating of pipelines in urban pipeline corridors and submarine tunnels. Anti-freezing of long-distance firefighting pipelines, etc.

Single-phase operating voltage, power supply distance, output power (w/m) diagram U type Laying LLHCL1-AL-35
NOTE:
1) The output power shown in the figure is the power of three heating cables when the pipe temperature is 60°C;
2) If the pipeline temperature is higher than 60°C, the output power will decrease by 0.4W/m for each degree of temperature increase;
3) If the pipe temperature does not exceed 60°C, the output power will increase by 0.4W/m for each degree the temperature decreases.
4) The three-phase voltage diagram shows an example of an operating voltage of 5kV. If you require diagrams for operating voltages above 10kv, please request additional information.
(1) When prefabricating the insulation of the pipe, fix three protective grooves on the pipe and then perform foam prefabrication;
(2) When connecting pipes on site, ensure that the protective grooves are aligned and ensure that the misalignment is ≤ 2mm to protect the heating cable from being cut when dragging the heating cable Jacket.
(3) The side length of the protection groove is 2.
Ultra-long distance continuous heating cables are only allowed to have one cable joint every 1km and metal shielded connected to ground every 10km in the system.
