Before installation, please carefully check the connection box (such as damage, deformation, looseness, etc.), otherwise it is not allowed to install and replace it in time.

Open the temperature thermostat and find the adjusting knob, adjust the temperature to the ambient and see whether you can hear the sound of relay working, Use the multimeter to measure the on-off state of the corresponding terminal. Normally adjust the temperature to the required controlled temperature, and cover the box.

When connecting the internal wiring, the connecting screw should be tightened. It is strictly forbidden to entangle the cores in the connection box to ensure sufficient electrical clearance.

The temperature thermostat should be equipped with the corresponding fixed bracket, and strictly prohibit the cable inlet and outlet facing upward; in the case of explosion-proof, the inlet should be equipped with explosion-proof clamping granule to ensure explosion-proof performance.

Using clamp to fix the thermostat at proper position, and the temperature probe is placed close to the place to be measured. The temperature control probe should be horizontal or vertical and keep a certain distance of 3-5cm from the heating cable to avoid instability and inaccuracy of temperature of the device under test.
