Recently, as a leader in the domestic electric heating field, Shandong Huaning Electric Heat Tracing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Huaning) officially joined the CSPPLAZA platform as a member unit of the executive committee after successfully participating in the first batch of national solar thermal power generation demonstration projects.
Shandong Huaning was founded in 2007 and is a private enterprise engaged in the research and manufacturing of conventional and unconventional electric heating materials for a long time. As a leader in the domestic electric heating field, Shandong Huaning has long been committed to providing complete heat tracing solutions for industrial, commercial, and civilian markets.
As one of the company's leading products, the mineral insulated heating cable produced by Shandong Huaning is a cable heating system with hard alloy (recommended to use 825 alloy, a type of nickel chromium alloy for high temperature sections) as the outer jacket and magnesium oxide as the insulation, with a maximum maintenance temperature of up to 600 ℃. This type of heating cable has high safety performance and long service life, and is a product with excellent performance and price in China. It can be used as both an electric heating element and an electric tracing element.
In addition, due to its high heating temperature, long service life, corrosion resistance, stable performance, fire and explosion prevention, safety and reliability, mineral insulated heating cables are widely used in tower and trough type solar thermal power generation projects for tracing, preheating and heating of molten salt pipelines and storage tanks. It can be said that mineral insulated heating cables are the preferred product for preheating, heating, and tank tracing of unloaded molten salt pipelines in the molten salt energy storage system of solar thermal power plants.
While developing electric heat tracing products, Shandong Huaning continues to expand its industrial chain. In 2008, the company established an electric heater production workshop to continue contributing to the solution of electric heating solutions.
As shown in the figure, the immersion electric heater of Shandong Huaning is made of electric heating elements and flanges, suitable for heating large, medium, and small containers, oil, water, and other viscous liquids, molten materials, and gases in storage tanks. It can be used for heating molten salt tanks in solar thermal power plants.
At present, Shandong Huaning's "electric tracing+electric heating" product combination can perfectly meet the two core requirements of tracing and preheating for solar thermal power plant molten salt energy storage systems:
1. Preheat the unloaded molten salt pipeline and tank, and raise the temperature within the safe working temperature range of low molten salt (290 ℃ or 550 ℃);
2. Maintain the temperature of the molten salt pipeline and tank within the safe working temperature range of molten salt (approximately 275 ℃ or above).
With excellent performance, the electric heat tracing products produced by Shandong Huaning have successfully supplied the first batch of national demonstration projects for solar thermal power generation - the China Energy Construction Hami molten salt tower 50MW solar thermal power generation project.
The project is located in Naomaohu Town, Yiwu County, in a desolate Gobi Desert at the eastern border of China and Mongolia in Xinjiang. During the critical construction period, faced with adverse factors such as harsh construction environment, high technical difficulty, and limited construction windows, the construction unit conducted multiple investigations and ultimately chose to use mineral insulated heating cables from Huaning to provide insulation and heat tracing for its storage tanks, pipelines, valves, heat exchangers, and other equipment, thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of the heat storage system.
In addition, in the first large-scale physical energy storage project of Jiangsu Institute and also the first domestic project to utilize salt cavern resources for power generation - the Jiangsu Well Salt Cavern Compressed Air Energy Storage Power Generation System National Demonstration Project, the mineral insulated heating cable provided by Shandong Huaning ensures the safe and stable operation of storage tanks, pipelines, valves, heat exchangers and other heat storage equipment in the project due to the high difficulty requirements of preheating followed by heating and maintaining temperature.
