Winning bid: Electric heating system for the northern section of the PPP project of Tianjin Metro Line 4

Tianjin Rail Transit Line 4 is the seventh rail transit line to be put into operation in Tianjin, China. It opened its southern section on December 28, 2021. The PPP project for the northern section of Tianjin Metro Line 4 starts from Xiaojie in Beichen District in the north and ends at Hebei Street in Hongqiao District in the south. The line passes through Beichen District, Hebei District, and Hongqiao District, with a total length of about 22 kilometers and 17 stations. After the overall completion of Tianjin Metro Line 4, it will be conducive to further promoting the planning and construction of peripheral clusters such as Shuangjie Cluster and Beijing Tianjin Road, greatly facilitating the daily travel of citizens.

At present, the main structures of 7 stations, including Langyuan Station, Shuangjie Station, Xizhaozhuang Station, Guoyuan Nandao Station, Nancang Station, Tianmu Station, and Xiyuzhuang Station, have been capped. The four sections of Langyuan Station Chailou Station, Shuangjie Station Xizhaozhuang Station, Nancang Station Tianmu Station, and Xiyuzhuang West Station have been connected by double tracks. We started laying tracks in December this year. Therefore, the project department started the procurement of electric heating system equipment for the northern section of the PPP project of Tianjin Metro Line 4 in October. After multiple bids, we (Shandong Huaning) stood out among many bidders with excellent design solutions, outstanding product quality, and the principles of safety, environmental protection, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement, and won the bid in one fell swoop.

The purpose of pipeline insulation and antifreeze is to supplement the heat loss caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the pipeline shell. To achieve the purpose of pipeline anti freezing and insulation, it is only necessary to provide the heat lost to the pipeline, maintain the heat balance of the fluid inside the pipeline, and keep the temperature of the evaporator basically unchanged. The insulation system of the heating cable conduit provides heat loss to the pipeline, maintaining the temperature of the maintainer basically unchanged.

Pipeline antifreeze electric heat tracing project, also known as electric heating belt low-temperature heat tracing system, is a heating system that directly converts electrical energy into thermal energy. The pipeline electric tracing system consists of three parts: the electric heating belt power supply system, the pipeline anti freezing electric heating system, and the pipeline electric tracing intelligent control alarm system. Each heating cable unit includes a temperature controller, temperature sensor, air switch, AC over limit alarm isolation transmission. Circuit breakers for heat tracing cables, working status displays, fault buzzer alarms, and transformers are used to observe and regulate the working conditions of air and electrical heat tracing.

In working conditions, the temperature sensor is placed on the heated pipeline and can measure its temperature at any time. The temperature controller compares the set temperature with the temperature measured by the temperature sensor, and isolates the transmission through the air switch and AC current limit alarm in the heating cable control box. It promptly cuts off the power supply to Jiatong to achieve the purpose of heating and antifreeze.
